For people who know the original Mr. Rogers characters, is that Mr. McFeely reading the sponsors ' credits at the beginning and end of each episode?

I'm about 99% sure it's him. My son has started watching the original Mr. Rogers on Amazon and it definitely sounds like him. I believe there was a documentary recently about him and how committed he was to the work Mr. Rogers did so it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Thanks for your reply(s). If it is him, that's a fun little wink to those who remember the original series. The character hasn't had any part in the episodes, though, has he?

While the original actor doesn't voice it, Mr. McFeeley does appear in the show, and even sings the Speedy Delivery song!
