Which plane is which? The plane in the end looks different...

The plane flying in the very end of the movie ( during Jiro's last dream sequence) looks much different than the plane that was being tested in the scene before. The plane in the ending dream sequence has straight wings where as the plane that Jiro had been working on (the one that hit 240 knots) clearly has bent wings.

Did anyone else notice this?
Which model is which? or are these just 2 different variations of the zero bomber?

Thanks

The plane designed and tested while Jiro's wife succumbed to her illness was the A5M (Type 96) Naval Fighter - known to Allied observers as the 'Claude'. It was revolutionary when introduced. Its successor was the A6M (Type 0) - the Zero - seen during the final dream sequence.
