She's a murderer then. No matter what theory you think is right, even the dumb tooth abscess theory, this woman thought it was acceptable to drink a crap load of alcohol and smoke some pot and then knew very well sober beforehand , that she would be driving with all of those children. The only thing that was like "ehhh" the oops I accidentally thought this was water in a vodka bottle theory but then you have the THC and it's like come on. Nothing works, she did this. Very sad story.
