The Dentist mistake? Maybe they didnt want to get sued...

I'm not sure if I heard this correctly but I thought I heard her sister in law say that Diane went to the dentist about a root canal and then dentist worked on her but she walked out in the middle of it?
If that's true maybe the dentist used something that she was allergic to and she had an allergic reaction to it. The Dentist found out and didn't want to get sued so the Police covered for them saying there was alcohol involved. That autopsy report never sat right with me even when they did it again, it just seems like someone was/is lying and covering their tracks.
They said the kids kept screaming "There's something wrong with Aunt Diane!" and the little boy said "Mommy couldn't see" Could her eye have been closed shut because of the allergic reaction from the dentist?

There was absolutely nothing wrong with her tooth that day or any dental work that she may have had done that contributed to the crash. The only reason her tooth and her trips to the dentist were even brought up in the first place was because of her awful husband and her kind sister-in-law desperately searching for a reason other than her being drunk that caused the crash.

The sister-in-law said Diane "hated" to go to the dentist. It was Diane who walked out in the middle of the appointment, and put off having the treatment finished.

Besides which, none of that happened on the day of the accident.

As the husband scrambles to make it seem like his wife perhaps drank vodka to kill the sudden pain of an abscess tooth flare up, he doesn't quite account for her having ten drinks and a substantial level of THC from smoking pot in her system.

Some thoughts:

1. Diane walked out in the middle of the treatment. So, the dentist is not at fault for anything at all. In other words, the dentist would have no liability, she would. By walking out of the treatment, she is essentially "refusing" the treatment. And, even worse, she is "interfering" with the treatment, by cutting it off mid-stream. So, the dentist would have no liability. (Unless he advised her to walk out of the treatment, right in the middle of her being treated. Quite doubtful that he did so.)

2. So, the police and the State Medical Examiner are in cahoots with some negligent dentist? And how on earth would that implausible scenario be orchestrated? And what exactly do the police and the Medical Examiner gain from this collusion? How is this advantageous to them, to participate in such a conspiracy?

An allergic reaction months after the dentist appointment affected her eyes? Wow.
Why do people do these mental gymnastics for murderers? Because her husband said she was the perfect mom? When you drink 10 shots of vodka it impairs you, reflexes, vision, speech etc. The dentist didn't murder her children, Diane did.
