Fantastic video of Miko

I just watched a video of Miko Fogarty on YouTube, from when she was 13 (was she about 12 in FIRST POSITION?), and it's just incredibly accomplished. There are more I haven't yet seen from when she's 14 and 15, but this one blew me away (to use a creaky-clichéd phrase, that feels justified). I'm not a fan of the big competition culture in present-day ballet, but some of those kids are extremely impressive. http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=xMVN70aT5ps&feature=endscr een

I get an error saying it's a private video.

Yes, when I try, it says the same thing, so it must have been made private in the interim since I originally posted. perhaps due to her relative youth at the time it was taped. Anyway, here's another link to one of her performances at Moscow, when she was 16. I read that the orchestra playing here was started too soon, so there's a bit of awkwardness at the start, but I find she does a lovely job with this, especially for such a young dancer. There are plenty of others of her videos worth watching there, too. I hope she'll either join a company soon, or do some kind of performing beyond just variations and pas de deux at competitions, or guesting as Sugar Plum or whatever. I think she needs to move on to a new phase (I think she's 18 years old or so now). But, then, I don't even know her personally. I just am very interested to see how she'll develop, and I really hope to see her dance live someday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50lAMbJUXfc
