Her name in the movie is Ashley Henderson, but she doesn't seem to be listed in the cast?

Sorry, I originally thought you meant her adoptive mom, but you must mean her bio mom. I don't know that one. Her adoptive mom is Rebecca Romjin, ex-wife of John Stamos.

It's Elizabeth Rosen.. it's listed now. And Rebecca is married to Jerry O'Connell now.. lucky lucky girl.
