That scene with Donovan and Corky was very tense! Too bad this conflict took a whole season to reveal itself. There should have been a central mystery at the beginning of the season that eventually tied itself to Donovan. The lack of a main storyline but multiple subplots caused this season to be a meandering mess.
If this show is renewed, I hope the showrunners bring back a central mystery.

shareUnfortunately, they got the guns all wrong. Those were percussion pistols and even if they weren't loaded with powder and ball, the percussion cap would have given off a loud pop when the hammer was dropped. If only the loaded pistol had a percussion cap, it would have been visually evident that the only loaded pistol was the one with a percussion cap on the lock nipple.
