What would he do? This could be fun let's come up with some things

I would be appalled if the UNSC didn't provide him with enough of a pension for him to retire without having to work. o_O

For recreation, though? I imagine he'd do a fair bit of target shooting, and maybe coach a high school sport team (since Halsey found him to be a natural leader among the kids drafted into the Spartan-II program).
