From what I've heard of Halo 5, it has its features, but is trying too hard to incorporate features which worked for other games but aren't true to Halo.
Seems like they're going for a younger demographic, from what I can tell. Too many things which are "cool" or aimed at coddling mediocre players, as opposed to the nuances which made Halo interesting for adults as well as younger people.
I know this is probably the end of the line for my love of Halo. I'll probably play the game, someday, which Xbox One is discounted on eBay and Halo 5 is thrown in free, but it's not something I find myself anxiously anticipating, like the last two releases (I anticipated 4 because of what I THOUGHT it was going to be).

Yeah thats a good point our generation of Halo is over in my opinion the true Halo died with reach and reach was a very very good game but man I'll never forget when Halo came out for the very first time boy did that literally change the world/world of gaming.

And now it seems like Halo is doing a lot of following. Especially with what I've heard of the new features of H5. It's trying to incorporate what is popular in other games more than trying to find new ground to break on its own accord.
