i just tried to watch this in 3d, but after less than 10 minutes i am done. none of the lip movements match with the voices. this is unwatchable. i'm just glad i downloaded it and didn't lose any money.

Yes.
But that's obviously because it was done with the original japanese voices in mind and not the english dub.
The animation is great. And like Brandestoc mentioned, it was animated for Japanese voice actors, so obviously the english dubbing will be a little off with the lip movement. But that's common with foreign films.
