I think yes,when "Luther Voz" gets the titanium mask.He seems much to:"Destro" (the character of "GI Joe")."Voz" is also a gun-runner like:"Destro".This is the reference to:"GI Joe".

What do you think?.

I was thinking The Man in the Iron Mask (due to who they introduced the actor in the Preview. Leo stared as tmbtim in the movie) But you might be correct.
