My Biggest Problem with These Shows

Well my annoyance can't really be helped because of the lack of information but it bothers me that many, many dinosaurs are all just guessed. I think it's crazy that two fossils are found and all of a sudden paleontologists know what the complete animal looks like. For some reason they find one bone and they make it a new dinosaur and make up what they think it looks like. Sorry but I'd rather have skeletons that are more than five percent complete before I'm informed of its existence.

Comparative anatomy isn't "just guessing". It's pretty damn sad that you think an entire field of science consists of making sh_t up.

Why are you blaming paleontologists for a TV show? Do you not understand the difference between a TV documentary and science? Blame production companies for only wanting to showcase the big and spectacular animals instead of the most solid science, though we can hardly blame them for wanting to make a profit.
