I didn't even question their "relationship" because Tommy seemed VERY similar to her previous boyfriend Charlie. I just thought, "MJ clearly has a type." I did find it rather odd that they were dating for a couple of months (according to MJ on the show) before Tommy finally met her other friends (just in time for filming). In real life, when people are dating, it doesn't take months to meet their friends, especially considering how serious MJ said they were. Do you think her relationship with Tommy was a made up story line? That wouldn't surprise me if it were :) share
Yes I think it was made up. Made up for her mother Vida (to keep her from harping in MJ's ear re: getting a husband) Made up for a storyline (she probably wanted one where she got as much attention as Asa, GG and Reza) Made up for ratings. Made up to keep her from interfering with other people's storylines.
