Reunion...all the fighting

It is sad to see all the bitterness, fighting, and low blows that were flung during the first part of the reunion. These people used to be friends and enjoy each other's company. The bright light was when Mike said that they fight like this and go their own ways but eventually find their way back into each other's lives (paraphrased).

Exactly. I mean look at GG and As a, Reza and MJ, Reza and Mike, GG and Mike...it's sad because when they all get along they seem to truly have a great time

reply

I couldn't watch it after 15 minutes when Asa and MJ started fighting. It was too much. And very sad.

I still don't understand what MJ is so furious at Asa about.....she alluded to something Asa did or said but nothing specific and certainly nothing to justify the coldness she showed toward her at the reunion.

Yeah, I don't understand either. During the season finale, things seemed relatively fine between them but during this Reunion, MJ really seemed to have it in for Asa. I wonder what happened as well because during the reunion, all the hostility seems to have come outta left field.

Mike really surprised me during the reunion. He dropped some real pearls of wisdom and his perspective on the group's dynamics seemed the most adult.

That's one of the biggest reasons why I could never do shows like this. Friendships you've made can be destroyed so easily and everyone is so angry and hurt that they'll say just about anything to make the others feel like they do. It's sad.

Don't eva let nobody tell you you ain't strong enough

Even Andy looked sick and tired by the end of hour two.

I think next season there will be fake friendships and air kisses all around.

Although I don't see how in the world GG and Reza can go on. I have a feeling she will be permanently on the outs with Reza and his husband and he won't be socializing or even in the same room as her next season. Do you blame him? GG blared a BIG OLE FAT A$$ lie over the air waves and admitted she lied on a couple of occasions about Reza. How to you get over that sh*t?

And the way Arvin took off after GG when she went after Reza. If I was the lady from Austrailia, (or new Zealand)? I'd be wondering wtf I'm outta hear.

I was pleasantly surprised in that regard too, so on one hand I agree with you...but did you see his appearance on Watch What Happens Live? He seemed very arrogant and douchey when talking about Jessica, his dating life post-divorce, etc. Makes me wonder if he's being generously edited for the show and then on a relatively more free-flowing unscripted forum like WWHL the real Mike comes out...

To be honest, I have no idea what "Watch What Happens Live" is. People seem to mention it a lot on these boards but I've never seen an episode. From what I can gather, it sounds like some sort of talk show featuring reality stars. Is that it? I've also been to lazy too research it :)

This does not surprise me. He seemed douchey on the show. However, during the reunion, I thought he and Asa behaved the most adult-like outta the bunch.

taopolis: Watch What Happens Live is basically exactly what you said: a 30 minute talk show that features various cast members from all the Bravo reality shows that are lumped together to answer questions from viewers, from Andy Cohen, etc.You would've seen those clips shown on the reunion show when Vida was referring to Mike as a "confused dreamer" and saying that Asa should stop trying to advertise her business ventures on "Shahs"....that was a clip from Vida's appearance on Watch What Happens Live, when she and MJ were both Andy's guests for that whole episode.
The episode I saw with Mike was with one of the Real Housewives (one of the ones I don't watch so I can't remember which one). He spoke rather disparagingly of Jessica, especially in reference to her dating. He also mentioned something about how he's got "women lined up" to get to him and he doesn't need her.
You're right though, definitely he and Asa were the calmest, most reasonable ones on the reunion (although that's not saying much, lol)

Thanks for the info. Sounds like an interesting show, sort of like a "companion show" to all the reality shows. Regarding Mike's douchey behaviour, it sounds like he was just acting out. As you know, I didn't watch it and of course I don't know him personally but he was probably doing all that grand standing and trash talking about Jessice because he's embarrassed. At the reunion, it was made known that Jessica had someone waiting in the wings during their breakup period. Also, he was probably trying to deflect from his failed business deals because Jessica's new man is rich.

Indeed quite sad, but also somewhat unexpected, especially the way Mj was coming for Asa. Like what the hell is that about!? I dont see how all cast members can countinue on a new season, as they are all fragmented and are not a big group of close friends like how they were in early seasons.
