I actually do not dislike Reza but I thought that was really underhanded and just not very nice. There were some people on this board applauding his actions and I don't judge them (I guess they don't like GG) but I'm not a fan of GG and yet I still found that letter trick to be very low.

I don't think his motivations truly came from a place of healing but more from a place of wanting to embarassing GG. If he were truly sincere and wanted to fix the situation, did he really have to include a VERY detailed list of all the things that GG has said and done in those letters? Those people already knew what GG has done so why bring it up again? That's just asking to open old wounds. And if he included things that those people didn't know about, then he was just trying to start some $hit.

Did Reza really think those letters were going to repair their relationship?

This actually annoyed me as it was so obviously fake.
If she didn't send the letters surely she would have been like 'Hey b!tches, I didn't send those'? Or is it just me?

Say what now?

Nope, it's not just you. You're totally right. Any normal person under real circumstances would have immediately said, "wait, hold up, I didn't send these lettters" instead of letting them all be read aloud before saying something about it.

Editing. maybe she did.

She didn't. That was 100% real.

I know a lot of people think everything on reality shows is fake but there's more reality than you think.

reply

I dont think it was necessarily fake or scripted, I dont believe she had prior knowledge of the letters or their content. However, keep in mind it is tv show, and there is producers that kind of prompt them what to do, so maybe they signaled her not to cut people off short, and to hold a reaction until all letters were read. That way all cast members would have had something said about them, and they would have more fuel for the fire so to speak.

How could it embarrass GG when she actually did do every single one of those things to her so-called friends?

By bringing up things that were supposedly squashed and reminding people of someone's crappy behaviour in the past. That can be embarrassing when someone is trying to move forward. I'm no GG fan but Reza could have written effective faux apology letters WITHOUT including an extremely detailed list of everything GG said and did.

I think it was just vile and disgusting, and the thought and detail put into each letter just makes it so much worse. Seems very bitter and resentful to even mention all of those things that are in the past, especially when they dont really even involve him! Like who does that!

Exactly! If he desperately had to send those letters, he could have simply written, "I'm sorry for all the horrible things I've said and done." But no, Reza wrote, "Dear MJ, I'm sorry I called you a fat piece of $hit . . . " or "Dear Asa, I'm sorry I called you a worthless tranny . . ." Completely unnecessary. Also, those kinds of apologies (repeating the insults) are usually from people who still want to take digs at someone. The whole event was probably staged anyway. There's very little reality in reality shows these days :)

A reality TV fame whore, that's who.

Totally agree with your comments.
