After she accepted Mike's proposal, she didn't say, "We're getting married. We're finally getting married!" She only seemed to care that SHE was going to be a wife, which leads me to believe that she just wanted to be married, it didn't really matter to whom, (as long as he could keep her knee deep in $5,000 tea sets)

Jessica should've divorced Mike. He was too much of a ladies' chaser, or womanizer, and Jessica was too temperamental & controlling.
