For those complaining about the ending...

I realize that most people don't like to be left in the dark with ambiguous endings, but this movie did it with a specific, funny purpose in mind.

In the opening scene, we get to hear the majority of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, one of the most beautiful pieces of music of all time. However, Tracey turns it off right before it's grand climax. Glen complains that you can't let something build up that long, and shut it off before the finale, and I see the majority of this board complaining about the ending in similar fashion. The director mimics this in the final scene, building up the possibility of a group suicide, before cutting it short and ending the film. And what did he play right when it went to credits? The climax of the 1812 Overture.

It was as if the movie was one big joke on the audience, and a lot of people seem to have fallen for it. I for one, think it was hilarious, and a fantastic way to end the story.
