Decent but flaws galore!

Why at the start does EVERYONE shun each other keeping themselves to themselves, yet after the shootings they are all on first-name terms like old mates?
Why is the whole block still lit up, even though only a handful of residents live there?
Kurtis, the drug dealer is actually the best character in it, but a local protection racket? NO WAY!
Overall, a decent enough film, but too many glaring errors.


I actually ADMIRE Lance Armstrong because when I took drugs, I couldn't even FIND my bike!
