Plot Holes from merging Lab Rats world with Mighty Med world

So there are a couple of issues I see from suddenly saying that both shows took place in the same world:

--If there were superheroes where were they when the Lab Rats were failing their missions (like when they almost didn't stop the speeding train or when the major transformer blew up)

--Why aren't the bionic kids considered superheroes? If Titanio is a superhero from being able to design and use his own super suit, why weren't the bionic kids inducted into the League of Superheroes? As they showed in the crossover event, they are as powerful or more so than the superheroes (like Adam was way stronger than Crusher).
