Wrapping it all up...
I havent finished watching season 4 yet, but I was thinking now that the show ended its a good time to ponder what we liked, didn't liked, and if and when it jumped the shark. Also, we can ponder what could have been if they didn't end the show or took it in the direction they did...
The good: I loved Leo in S1 and S2. The scenes with him and Davenport or him and Eddie where always funny. I also got a lot of laughter from Bree's often synical, off the cuff remarks ("Just tell us what you built, what went wrong with it, and when its going to explode so we can go and fix it" or something like that she said in the episode where she gets exposed to a chemical).... Eddie hating on Tasha was also real funny, and Bree's and Leos relationship was kind of cute, I was hoping they explore it more... Davenport was usually really funny too....
The bad: I disliked Perry probably the most (see below), I also didn't like how they made fun of Bree's being a girl (very Disney) with her wanting to "meet cute boys" or wanting to do "girly" things... Leo getting a bionic arm was stupid IMO... Tasha was underused... The actress who plays Tasha is funny and I think she could have helped make the show better.
The ugly: Leo's bionic arm, most of the Bionic Island episodes...
Jump the shark moment: Episode 12 of Season 3 when Leo gets a bionic arm and the USA governments gets involved which sets up the events of bionic island OR Episode 19 of Season 3, which is the preamble to bionic island. It could be either of these...
Overall Season 1 is good, season 2 is very good, and season 3 has some really cringe worthy moments. The best S3 episode has to be the one where Bree uses her cloak to turn into Chase.... Made me laugh...
Things that could have been: Leo's relationship with his step-brothers, Principal Perry's past (would have been cool if they did an episode where the CIA or NSA is looking for her because they think she betrayed them, or if someone from her past confirmed at least part of her multiple stories), Chase getting a girl, Tasha as a stepmom, Davenport as a real dad... The show had a lot of potential....
The jury is still out on Elite force... I need to see more... Thus far, I am not sure it is anywhere as good as S1 and S2 of Lab Rats... But we will see...
