Has to be the dumbest agent (spoiler alert)

Ok so when he was on the phone with 911 he failed to tell them

1) He was in a conversation with a trucker on the CB on Highway I85, who saw the car which had him in the trunk.

2) That he was on I85.

3) That they got pulled over by a highway cop for speeding and the cop got shot, he did mention a "shootout" but no details.

4) When talking with his buddy he had to be prompted to tell him that his wife was in the back of an ambulance.

5) Why did he not stick his thumbs in the holes in the perspex, or when the guy in the other car told him they were filling it with liquid did he not start making plugs out of his clothing to fill the holes in the perspex.
