I know it is only a tv series but what do we think of the characters?
Would the company/industry not spot the danger signs with the characters?
I would think that the industry would promote loyalty among staff to ensure they don't stray?

Where did we see Gordon having his way with the female staff? I don't recall that happening, not that it didn't. Just curious...

shareI definitely recall Gordon "comforting" perhaps a little too closely one of the women staff members, but he could have been feeling paternal and "manly" without there being any sexual connotation.
