Christian Baha

Is a horrible actor.

I try and get something out of any movie I watch so I was sitting there trying to imitate his accent which was kind of fun. But yes I was also fascinated by his and others' lack of acting ability.

Watching non-actors in acting roles always makes me appreciate any actual actors more.

I could barely understand a single word Baha said because of his borderline indecipherable accent.

Almost all the actors in this movie acted badly. Luke Goss seemed to be the only one who actually even bothered to try to give a good performance.

I was wondering if Val Kilmer had sold out when I watched this, and Ving Rhames can do a lot better than he did here. And yes, Baha's performance was bad, and so was Rebecca Da Costa's as Gas Station Chick. Bonnie Somerville and Matt Barr weren't all too bad, but not very good either.

The ghost children were OK for their part.

All in all, around 2/10, mainly due to bad acting. The story was quite allright, and one should think that the cast was too, but what can you do as a director, when even normally good actors don't even bother to make an effort?
