The cop is driving a truck that say Bogie Lake Police but identifies himself as Baker County Sheriff's Department. A little confused???

Scene where Mahoney gets killed (or maybe it was when Karl found him...?), you can see on the truck, the license plate says Michigan.

Late to the party, but it was lazy writing. Who knows where they were, however the arm patches read Sheriff, not police
