I saw it on Sky yesterday, and it wasn't very good.
The basic idea was fine, but people just don't behave like that. It may have been better if the actors were told to react how they would if that thing was really in the building. For example, the woman wouldn't just sit on the toilet like that if she saw a shadow move in a supposedly empty room, she would be up immediately. And those fuses take a long time don't they? And why does the power go off and on? Oh never mind, it's so dull it doesn't really matter.
There was also a lot of relationship talk throughout the film which pushed it down the bad British TV soap opera route with a bit of Dr. Who thrown in. i.e. predictably dull with teenager style 'problems.' Cliched comic book character's, and stilted dialog exchanges don't help it either.
All in all it wasn't that bad, if you view it as a film student's first attempt! : )
But not one I'd buy.
