What is this?

Is this movie a gay rom-com? A buddy road trip movie? A slasher flick?
A snuff film? Or, is it just a series of poorly-written, poorly-acted
scenes of ugliness that the actors and crew seem to be making up as
they go along?
P.S. If you've always wanted to see a close-up shot of a
