sorry for this seemingly stupid question but nowhere on this page does it mention Max Payne, and i came to the conclusion that it was because James Mcaffery is in it (voice of max payne)

Most likely as it has James McCaffrey listed in the cast, and he's made appearances in the last Max Payne project.
