Tom Kenny has a type of specific nasally voice, and does The Ice King from Adventure Time, Penguin from The Batman, as well as a multitude of different shows.
When I was watching the movie, I was sure it was hime. Then it turns out to be Will Forte? Its so weird!
Agree. Despite not knowing anything about the character since he isn't in any of the trailers, I knew going into it that MacGruber played Chester. That is the only way I would ever have known it wasn't Kenny since it did not sound like MacGruber.
