A Nice Feel Good Movie

And a good guilty pleasure, I think. The animation was... odd at first, since I had just finished watching the Kung Fu Panda films which we can all agree are much more beautiful to look at. But for the style the film was going for I eventually grew to like it.

The villain was really odd too, and by the end turned out to be pretty insane.

I think for a kid's film the twist was pretty well hidden and nothing was too obvious.

Regardless, the story is pretty imaginative and fun, and really charming given the source material.

I rated this movie an 8.
