References from the video game

Anyone catch the following references from the game?

- Red saying "On a scale of one to three stars"
- an "Apple" store in the background while some birds are crossing the street
- Birds telling other birds on the slingshot to use the same position as the previous aim (a reference on the dotted lines when you launch a bird)
- the shockwave that follows Bomb when it exploded in the Pig City (Short Fuse episode in the game)
- the sound that the white bird makes when Red kicked the small bird in the ocean
- the sound of Chuck when launched in the slingshot was included (together with voice actor yelling)
- the close up of Red after being launched from the slingshot looking very angry (and round-looking) is an obvious reference to the iconic opening screen of the early versions of the game.

I know some of them are pretty expected but it's still fun to get those little things being referenced. I am disappointed though that the musical score didn't pay enough homage to the original music. I was expecting them to play a full blown orchestral version of the original theme. But what we get are just hints of it. ?

Does the movie pay homeage to the game in any sense of the word? And how many parents played the game years, before going to see this movie?

King Mudbeard saying "We have glass, we have wood, we have TNT!" in reference to the materials used by the pigs

When the pigs are discovered in the ship, their laughs and grunts are from when you loose a level.

All the camera usage in reference to the photographs at the end of each episode

The 3 baby birds at the end flying together and then splitting in to 3 different directions referencing the small blue bird that splits into 3 to destroy glass

The costumes of the pigs (King, soldiers, chef, construction worker)

In the flashback when Bomb tells his story of how he explodes when surprised, he explodes at a surprise party for him. The bird that falls over yells "OW", the sound heard when a bird in the game hits a wall or solid object.

While building the ship to chase after the pigs, Terrence gives a course on being angry. The drawing on the chalkboard of the angry bird is drawn in the style of Red from the game

When Red's house is destroyed, Chuck says "it's such a shame you create something and someone just destroys it"

The game's theme is played in the intro right after the Rovio logo, but as an orchestral version

-the saxophone player plays the angry birds theme on his saxophone
-the way mighty eagle destroyed the roof of the pig's banquet hall is kind of like when he destroys their towers in the game
-all of Stella's friends have a cameo (supposed to reference angry birds Stella)
