Original Elm Street House?

First off, disturbing flick with great performances by AnnaLynne McCord and Traci Lords.

The license plates on the cars are Virginia plates, but it's obvious from the surroundings (palm trees) and the house that this was made in Los Angeles. The family's home looks like the same house from the original A Nightmare On Elm Street. Been a while since I've seen it but it looked familiar. Yes/no?

I haven't seen the film yet, but the house in the trailer is definitely not the Elm Street house.
