Bootleg Levis t-shirt

In one of the early scenes Skylar Astin wears a Levis t-shirt with my photograph on it. The t-shirt is some kind of bootleg, and I'd love to know how both my photograph and the t-shirt ended up in the film.

make a screen grab of the movie and show us your original photo.

ok I see the shirt but let's see the original photo.

you are saying you took that photo but never licensed it for a tshirt? where did you post it online?

Victor,

If you google me (Matthew Porter), you'll see tons of those flying car pictures. That image is a sold out limited edition artwork that I sold through this gallery: http://www.mbart.com/

There's also a New York Times article about me making those pictures: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/13/arts/design/matthew-porters-muscle-car-photographs.html?_r=0

And here is the same image on my agent's website: http://creativeexchangeagency.com/artists/photography/matthew-porter/portfolio/portfolio/50784a05-88ec-4e85-9cad-6c520a0b0910

It's really not difficult for me to prove that it's mine at all. And no, I never licensed it. Also, Levis never licensed the shirt either, so both the image and the logo were used illegally.

Matt
