8/10 from me, you can get the DVD online, I just got it from a monthly foreign movie dvd club and I loved every minute of it! Great movie!
It is playing at the Lincoln Plaza in New York now, and the OP is a tad overenthusiastic, in my view, but it is an OK movie.

[spoiler] I liked it but gave it a 7 because of the ending. Why, after being humiliated by her dad, who gave up his chance at success, does Libi go back to him? She's right: He's a loser. She would've been better off in a boarding school situation.
