Kimberly Guilfoyle seems fake to me

I get the feeling she'd just as easily give liberal views, if they were required. Hell, she was married to Gavin Newsom, one of the most liberal politicians in the country.

reply

I can understand where you're coming from. I've seen her speak liberal a few times. On April 4, the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s death, she mentioned that she admired King's fight for "social justice." Also, in another show, for her One More Things she mentioned that she emceed a Hispanic Republican event and that she was proud that the GOP was committed to "diversity." She'll also sometimes (but rarely) say something in Spanish. I wanted to bang my head against the wall those times. So to sum it up, she's a conservative who believes in social justice and diversity and takes pride in being Hispanic. It looks like being married to Newsom did something to her brain.

reply

Social justice and diversity are horrible things, right, you conservative freak?

reply

There's no such thing as social justice. There's justice and injustice. That's it. I'm surprised that Kimberly, a former prosecutor, didn't know any better. As for diversity, the only thing that matters is being an American. Your ethnicity doesn't matter. The only diversity that we should be concerned with is ideological diversity, which apparently you don't like.

reply

I love the show, but I know what you mean about Kimberley. Beautiful and smart as a whip, but man what an ego. She always tries to steer the comments to her looks and sexuality, and treats the male panelists like they were dateless nerds and she the Prom Queen.

And I get the feeling she and Dana are NOT friends. Kimberly seems to really resent the fact that Greg and Dana are such obviously good friends, and makes mocking little comments about that all the time, as if it's a slight on her enormous beauty or something. And a couple times when she cuts off Dana (her "looks" rival) mid-sentence, Dana gives her a VERY withering look before she can remember to smile:)

Better under Obama? You mean the fact that he's almost doubled the national debt, that unemployment has gone up under his watch, food stamp usage and welfare participation are at record highs, cities like Detroit going bankrupt (more to follow soon), China practically owns you economically, and Obamacare is driving part-time work through the roof while mid-level companies lay off workers left and right to get under the 50 cutoff, the IRS is seemingly waylaying political opponents under direction from the White House, the NSA is spying on every citizen, and Putin is bailing your President out with offers to "handle" Assad, the very guy he's been protecting and arming? That Obama? The guy who was willing to bomb a country because he made a tough-guy boast about a "red line"? That guy?

Dana is incredibly sharp. I'd like to see Kimberly stand at the briefing room podium every day and think on her feet answering a room full of reporters.

"W sucked". I find it hilarious watching all the Democrats toe the Obama line over the Syria strike, claiming that "we have ENOUGH intelligence to determine it was Assad's troops that launched the chemical missiles", almost all of whom were probably vehement opponents of the evil "W" during Iraq, claiming loudly and daily that "no proof" of WMD were found. Most of the Left and most of the world felt W had sufficient evidence to attack Iraq at the time. It passed the votes in the House and Senate, and Britain's (and others') intelligence agencies corroborated the intel. And now all these "conscientious" Liberals are standing with the great "peacemaker" Obama while he rattles his saber Syria, flipping and flopping with his moronic Secretary of State, the two of whom can't even get on the same page.

Oh yeah. Much better under Obama. Another 3 years of Barack and your COUNTRY will be accepting food stamps from Canada!

reply

[deleted]

LOL Yeah yeah. Five years later, and it's still all W's fault, right?
And did you just say gov't spending has gone DOWN? The only comebacks to the litany of problems I listed are "it's all Dubya's fault", and an inaccuracy about gov't spending?

You are a true Liberal.

All the things I mentioned, and pretty much all you got is "blame it all on the last guy"? That's fine in first term, but lame in the second.

And I told no lies. And some people believe cutting taxes gives companies more money to be able to expand their businesses and hire more employees and to give raises. The alternative Robin Hood philosophy is to bloat the public unions (Detroit, anyone?), send half the nation gov't checks, and punish business owners so badly they move their interests overseas.

BUSH did things without paying for them? Where the hell is Obama gonna get all those trillions? Tax hikes on the rich?

reply

[deleted]

Yes, the rich getting too rich IS a problem with the free market system. But you know the old saying right? "It's the worst system around, except for all the others."

What's the alternative? Tax the rich so hard it drives them all away or onto their yachts for early retirement? California's PGA golfers are a microcosm of left vs. right politics - Calif. has raised the state taxes on the higher earners so much that golfers like Phil Mickelson are whining publicly about having to pay 62%, and "threatening" to join Tiger Woods (and MANY other) golfers in a lower tax state like Florida or Texas. And what do you think will happen once THOSE states are no longer havens, or when Robin Hood crusaders like Obama raise all their tax rates to 70 or 80%? You think these high earners will keep their money in America? No way. The rich rats will leave the sinking ship and you'll have America looking like Greece with its hat in its hand.

When money is mobile, and there are no baronies or dukedoms the "crown" can offer to keep it in the country, it will move where it is not taxed to death. Always. And only short-sighted thinkers (AKA- Democrats/Leftists) can't see this.

Keep dreaming then buddy. Because as we all know, idealism is what makes for a prosperous country.

What, I thought this thread would be about her hair--at first I just thought she had extensions but I think she wears a wig--her hair looks exactly the same every day and it looks like too much hair, even though she's Hispanic. I wish she'd wear it up or back, just some type of change. She's good on the show and in real life. She won the San Francisco case where the two dogs killed the woman! And Andrea, her style is the same every day also but sometimes slightly different, but they both always look good. At least Dana's hair and make-up change occasionally, as most women's hair and make-up does. And you can tell every time Bob has his hair dyed. He should get it done more frequently so it's not so obvious when it's fresh.

reply

Kimbo has nice legs but a rather harsh face that she has to trowel make-up on to be presentable. It's obvious she turned Roger Ailes on enough to hire her as eye-candy for the right-wing nuts that watch Fox News. Must also be why she's not very well liked among her co-workers if the rumors are true.

I agree. Guilfoyle is not much of a conservative. She is fairly liberal. Dana Perino isn't really very conservative either. She was the Press Secretary for George W. for god's sake. He was NOT a conservative. Eric Bolling is more than a conservative he is basically a libertarian. Greg Gutfield also.

reply

it's not her politics that are fake
it's her excessive eye makeup and hair that
are fake.
is there some reason she just can't keep her
leg from moving up and down as they go to
a break and the camera pulls back to show
her?
fox news is the miss america news channel

reply

I've heard most of the women on Fox News say they were either a model or beauty pageant contestant in the past.

reply

THEY ARE ALL FAKE. Lol all you conservatives are fake and lame.

Millennial = Homo Sapiens born 1990 or after; Losers who think they know everything but don't

reply

For the most part I like her. I don't know if her conservative views are necessarily fake, but I do think she's a company person and if she went to CNN she'd easily start gearing a little more to the left.

I was watching today and while I think Dana is a little smarter, you kind of need someone a little bit more balanced. "KG" doesn't seem like the biggest fan of Trump, but she got on board and supports him while Dana is still upset Jeb and a traditional conservative is not the nominee.

reply

On today's show (9/1/16), she referred to Hispanics as "my people" when talking about how Trump should reach to Hispanics. I really wanted somebody to call her out on that. When did she become Eric Holder?
