Unwatchable/Unlistenable

I have tried to listen to the podcasts of The Five and just cannot do it any longer. The combo of the totally irritating voices of Dana and Kimberly along with the insane leftist garbage of Juan and the just plain insanity of Greg are so exasperating that it isn't worth the few pearls of wisdom from Brian when he fills in for Greg and from Eric when he is on his game. Speaking of Eric, he had also been difficult to listen to recently, because he is defending Mr. Trump against the entire universe -- doing a good job, but obviously feeling a bit overwhelmed. Time to cancel the podcast account and lose this bit of bother altogether.

Bolling just has a difficult time talking, this was even before he became a Trump surrogate. Also having Dana go after him recently when Bolling said Trump's crowds mean more than polls was classic. It didn't help him either with her when he took a shot at Dubya,

For me The Five is something I watch/listen to on Youtube when I'm at the gym.

Occasionally it's problematic as people will think I'm insane when they wonder why I'm randomly laughing at something :) but it's a fine show.

It's just the same thing every day. I was watching today post-Trump speech and you knew exactly how Eric would react and what Juan would say.

They rarely shock us in any way, that's my main complaint.

Just watched the last episode and I'll echo the complaints about Dana again. The show was so much better without her.

Yep, I watched the Labor Day episode (no Dana) and today's episode (Dana) and there was a clear difference. At least she dialed back a bit of her Trump hate today, but Melissa Francis would be a suitable replacement full-tim.

I don't think Bill O'Reilly is going to leave. Megyn Kelly might, but if she does he knows he'll get a massive contract offer, and if she stays, I think they'll still give him a good deal because I doubt they're ready to make her the complete face of the network. Keep O'Reilly for 2-3 more years, but slowly ease her more as the star of the network by having her do things on FOX broadcast like her primetime special.

I don't know if Eric Bolling is ready to host his own daily primetime show, but FNC may get desperate if O'Reilly does leave.
