Chances of a sequel?

What are the chances of their being a sequel to The Good Dinosaur? It such a heartfelt and wonderful movie. I understand that the story was simple, but it was just so full of heart and emotion and it was told so well. It's a lot better than some of the other Pixar films and it saddens me that the movie bombed... A beautiful movie like this doesn't deserve to be forgotten, and I hope it wont be!

I think a sequel could work well, but it seems unlikely... Have Pixar ever commented on the movie bombing? How did it go with home video sales?

Not good. I believe it was a box-office disappointment, and as you can see from this board, it has no fan base. Very few people liked it.

I thought people regarded it as good though? It holds a good score on rotten tomatoes and I thought that most people liked it, but just didn't love it. Or am I mistaken?
