So this is England?

Well not quite as I remember it when I was young. It seems to be inhabited by well meaning people uttering sick and sweetly sentences. Also - although part of it is set in 1990 - we see British Rail using a 21st century train in Virgin livery and cars - buses - that would have looked very futuristic in that era.

I think even Harry himself would have trouble casting a spell on this drivel......................................................................................................................................................................................Ok ok I'm a sucker for rags to riches films - it was ok really. Oh God now I'm for the first time in my life going to have to read a Harry Potter book and no doubt watch the bloody films as well. That'll teach me!
