Whoa

Can't believe nobody's posted on this yet! I'm nearing the end of the second season now and this *beep* is crazy. If ever you've watched a move or television show with one of those characters that is so evil or so annoying that it actually makes your blood boil, you've probably noticed that no matter what happens to them, it still doesn't seems to be "enough" for want of a better word. This show is almost ENTIRELY that awesome revenge scene that you've wished upon your most hated television characters but never actually received.

I usually don't care for episodic tv shows. I like a drawn out tension and a climax but the way hell girl is done transcends the monotony of the episodic format. Although there are lines and scenes in eery episode that repeat themselves in every episode, the more you watch it, the more powerful those repeated lines become.

Definately watch the first season. Try it out. If you like it, keep going. The english dub is actually pretty good however I'd recommend the subtitles personally. The phrasings are a little better, IMHO
