You wait and wait for something of any substance to happen, and just when you think it might, the film is over.
My God this movie was awful. A complete waste of time.

Recasting Igor as a kind of sexy-ish genius (inasmuch as DR can be called sexy) was bad enough, but the addition of a love interest was ridiculous.
Except for bringing them together at the beginning, she had no real purpose in the story, beyond the "we must have a lady in here somewhere" necessity.
Judging from the dialogue, there were meant to be comedic parts, some manly wit (a la the Sherlock Holmes films), but those scenes just fell flat with JM.
