Put David Jason in Dickens adaptation

David Jason really should be part of a Dickens ensemble, he has the right look and manner about him. His Only Fools compadre Lyndhurst wouldn't be bad either - he has done Uriah Heep. Possibly not in the anaemic Great Expectations version we had recently however.
