"Hey Cece, I promised I'd have this guy's pipe delivered on time and I need a DC3 to do it. So, since you don't have the parts to fix this one, I'm going to divert one of our intact DC3s back here so that you can take it apart and transfer the brakes to one you've disassembled. I'm sure that will be much faster than just loading the pipe onto the DC3 that I've recalled."
