That was just a savage stabbing in the feels. I am not an easy crier , but *beep* me if I didn't cry my weight in tears. Yes it was corny, but somehow it didn't take away from any of the emotion.
Loved this film, but will never watch again. My heart couldn't take it!

I had waited it for so long because casting young Dawson and old Dawson was such a turn off for me, but I watched Luke & young Amanda somewhere else so I decided to give it a go.
It is a predictable, corny movie but I cried so many times, I hadn't watched a movie in a long time where I cried the way I did in this one. I hope they improved in many areas with Nicolas Sparks movies, they are not that bad but I think they get lost in the execution as much as I wanted to like the Last Ride I tried it but the casting again was big failed for me so never worked out for me.
This one was much better but it has its flaws in the casting department but oh well for a sappy good time.
So glad I wasn't the only one who was crying her eyes out! Seriously, I scared my dog from sobbing so loud. ;-)
