Why did the lady lawyer hide Issa?

So Issa was living with the Turks, and Rachel McAdam knew he was there. She visited him several times with no problem.
And then one night, she showed up out of the blue, and said "we have to leave NOW." She hid him at the brother's house.
Why did she have to hide him, and why then? I watched this twice, and it's not like someone called her and said "The police are coming for Issa. Hide him." There was just no reason for her to move him.
Plot hole, or what am I missing?

The banker tipped her off when he approached her that night on the street. He said something like be careful, we should all be careful, and gave her a pointed look as if speaking in code. She thought about it and realized they were being watched.

I think you missed the scene where Brue stopped Annabelle (who was on her bike) and said "we all should take care".
