I just don't get it. the guy films college girls, usually on spring break but also on other venues
college girls, (and guys, for that matter) have been flashing their body parts on spring break for free and unfilmed for decades and nobody raises a stink about it. in new orleans, it's a requirement to get beads
playboy has been shooting nude pictures of women since 1954, penthouse, and other magazines do the same thing for decades but a guy can't make a legitimate living doing the same thing on spring break, legaly, without getting hated
women who appear in playboy are considered being artistic and liberated today: unlike 50 years ago when people thought they were "loose women" and hugh hefner was the devil himself. maybe 50 years from now, joe francis will be as "visionary" as hef is now

"Other than; being sued for filming underage girls, as young as thirteen. Being sued for getting girls to sign off on being filmed while intoxicated."
he has a signed release from each girl saying they are foing this willingly and if he finds out they are underaged, he destroys the firlm instantly. plus, if the woman decides she doesn't want their footage released for some reason or other, if it's before they release the dvd, their footage is pulled
"Getting sued for punching a woman in the face. Being arrested for tax evasion, which by the way effects every person in the country, even yourself."
has he been convicted of any crime? if so, I haven't hear about it
"Or recently being arrested for kidnapping and false imprisonment of four women, as well as assault."
you got that backwards, HE was kidnapped and falsely imprisoned by the husband/boyfriend of someone he taped. Joe Francis never kidnapped anyone
"Not to mention just the utter lack of respect he has for women."
where's your proof? as far as I can tell, he hasn't disrespected ANY woman. He hasn't even slept with any woman he's filmed or anything else
does hugh hefner disrespect the women he photographs?
the only thing different about him is that he's found a way to make a buttload of money in a way that millions of college girls have been doing on spring break anyway for decades for free
you may not like it or his "lack of morals" but it's true and you know it even if you won't admit it even to yourself. maybe he isn't as "morally minded" as you are but he has the right to be in this country and there is nothing you can legally do to stop it

Like I said, as far as I know, he hadn't done any of the things you claim he did, maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm not, I don't know
also I noticed that your only source is perez hilton, do you have any other sources of information?
I wouldn't trust perez hilton as far as I could throw him
I read the LA times article about the incident you mentioned that happened on august 23, of this year and I have to say that I have to take it with a grain of salt. Yes he has been charged with false imprisonment and assault but I wonder if those charges will hold up.
he has been charged before with crimes but they have all been proven false before
also it said his bodyguard impersonated a police officer and "arrested" the three girls in question, so we'll have to see if that pans out
I'm not saying that joe francis is a becon of morality at all but I am saying that he has been falsely accused of crimes before in various scams. whether he did or did not do these things, I couldn't say at this time. but being accused of a crime is not the same as being convicted of it or even of actually doing it
he's been through scandals like this before and has been proven innocent
AND, as far as I know, a person is still innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
Ich bin ein berliner, I am a jelly doughnut, JFK june 26, 1963 if you don't like this sig, tough
yes I know that he's been in jail before but has he ever been convicted on a crime? no
has he been sued before? yes, and he's paid thise fines
has he ever been convicted and sentancd to jail for IRS tax invasion, assault, false imprisonment, impersonating a police office etc? no, at least not yet anyway
are the charges made against him for the above crimes hearsay? maybe. unless he's actually convicted OF a crime it doesn't make him guilty OF THAT CRIME
anyone can CLAIM that someone has done something to you but it doesn't necessarily make it true. I could claim that you assaulted me or you could do the same thing to me but it's a prosecuter's job, in a court of law to prove the defendant did it, it's not the defending attorney's job to prove the he didn't do that and until he's convicted of the crime, then he is still innocent
now wouldn't you agree to that?
