What's with the low rating?

Come on a 3.8? That's just sad. Deserves at least 8.5+.

They have messed up with that rating, out of the 12 user votes there were 8-10's, 1-9, 2-8's and only 1-1, giving an average of 8.9!! I have no idea where the 'weighted average' came from.
