Stopping the country for 2 hours thing, it should be done

The thing he talked about having everyone stop what they are doing for two hours and then the next day tell the president that we stop the country and if the people in government don't do what we elected them to do then next time we will stop it for a month, and let them know that now we run the country, not them.

One of my favorite quotes from the movie V for Vendetta is "The people shouldn't fear its government, its government should fear its people"

Right now our government is run on greed and personal desires. The people in government do things for big businesses if the businesses pay them, and only really do things for the people if they want to be re-elected or if their polls are down. However, if everyone (maybe not including surgeons and doctors) were to just stop what they are doing just for 2 hours at the same time, it will make the people in government be afraid. They won't expect that and wont know what to do. A violent revolution they will have prepared for, people hacking into the government files and stuff they will have prepared for, people stopping what they are doing all together they wont have prepared for.

If and if the government doesn't take it seriously, then they will when we stop for a whole month. After that tell the president like:

"We told you we would stop the country for a month if you didn't do what we elected you people to do. You are no longer the leaders of this country, and you will do what we elected you to do or we will stop the country for 5 months next time. We are the ones with the power now, don't underestimate us. And if you are still unsure who we are, we are all the citizens of this country. From here on out you do your jobs. If you try to pass laws that only help you, we will stop the country. If you spend money on pointless wars rather than spend that money on education, we will stop the country. If you in congress dont do what is in the best interest of the people, we will stop the country. This country was made for the people, and now we have taken it back. The sooner you realize this the easier it will be. We are no longer divided, we are united. All we demand is for you to do the jobs that we elected you to do in the first place. But just remember, we will be watching you closely. By you we mean everyone in the government. We are in control, not you.
