This is exactly what happened to Ghost Hunters, the main guys stopped hunting and just started like a school pitting hunters against each other which only made the investigations less professional, I can't believe Zak is doing this with Ghost Adventures, I would much rather have a season 5 of that show than watch a bunch of morons pitted against each other to investigate different places.

Why do these shows always decide to go this route? I didn't like it the first time around, so I'm really worried about how this is going to be... GA was awesome. The reason these shows work is because of chemistry and the dynamic, and this new show will destroy all the elements that made the original show so good... who's idea was that?

Also, the intro to Paranormal Challenge states that Zak has done hundreds of investigations with the world's most renowned paranormal researchers and scientists... wait, what? When? I've never seen these renowned scientists in a single episode of GA.

I had a difficult time getting through the first episode, it's just ridiculous.

Maybe Zak just didn't feel like doing 12 hour lockdowns anymore, got offered more money to do this, who knows, but the show isn't very good because the investigators are horrible.

He's still doing Ghost Adventures. They were just renewed for 26 more episodes with Travel Channel.

With as much as he tweets about how he loves Ghost Adventures, and the fans, and is constantly updating with pictures from one area or another that they are about to be locked down, it's like Ghost Adventures is his life. While of course, none of us know him personally, and a lot of people are only in it for the money, he seems genuine.

I was very glad to hear GA was renewed for another season, his authenticity does come through on the show.

Authenticity?? Anyone with half a brain cell would know that both ghost adventures, ghost hunters and similar shows are mostly just setup for entertainment.

It has even been directly proven that the so called ghosts in for example ghost hunters have been faked.
