After Adele's multiple unsuccessful pregnancies and giving birth to a stillborn, I remember her saying that she was "done." So, did she and her husband decide to adopt next and got Henry?

No, she actually says that her cramps and miscarriages started after Henry was born.

You need to pay more attention. When Frank looks at Adele's photo album he sees a photo of a younger Henry with a very pregnant Adele.
