I Saw One of the Daughter Wearing a Jewish Star

I know the Duggars are religious Baptist nuts, but I saw one of the daughters with a necklace that had a Star of David. And on the same episode, I thought I noticed a menorah in the background of Josh's house.

Am I seeing things?

That's to show their support for Israel in the hopes that they will be raptured after Israel is destroyed.

Seriously, you are the *beeping* idiot here.

There are Christians who believe that Israel will be destroyed. Many Christians send money to the Israelis because they believe that the Jews will destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque and rebuild their Grand Synagogue/Temple.

By doing so, the Jews would be ushering in the time when Jesus Christ will make his second coming to the world as the Messiah. From there, everyone (including the Jews) will worship Christ as the Messiah or suffer the hellfire.

Just do a google search on Christian Zionism and you will understand what the previous person was saying about the destruction of Israel. There are crazy Christians who strongly believe such things and the Duggars are no exception. Why do you think they are trying to mass reproduce? For the hell of it? Nope. It is to populate the world with Christians for Christ.

You're correct Snugglygirl... my mother even has a necklace with a pendant that's a traditional Star of David with a Christian cross in the middle.

These people know what they are talking about. I do not watch the 700 club but when I have been switching the stations around I have heard them speak of Israel and could not understand what they were concerned about. Now I know and of course I'm grossed out with all this bull. I knew the Duggers had extreme beliefs but I didn't know how deep it was. I know I read stuff that said if more people knew how extreme they were, they wouldn't watch the show. Hope they cancel them in light of josh's crap.

Obviously, I could be wrong, but the OP may have meant the the Duggar's are extreme in their religious beliefs, and have what many view as antiquated and small-minded religious views.
