Sarah's drawings

The artwork was by the cartoonist Jeffrey Brown who also co-wrote the films screenplay.

When the choice is between a American and a Russian film, always choose the latter.

Those drawings are adorable.

I was hoping for one at the end that showed Sarah, Jonathan, their baby and Ferdinand but I guess this film thought itself too cool to betray its indy art-house ambiguous ending like that. Pity.
